Hello you! Thanks for stopping by to check out our website. First of all, you are the most important part of this project. After all, what would Travelling Bards be without a community to share the stories? Plus we really wanna go places, and we want to know where you really wanna go.
You are busy and I don’t want to waste your time, so let’s get straight to the point. With the vast amount of information available online you have ended up here. This tiny drop of inspiration that is our travel and folklore blog, Really Wanna Go.
You have a passion for story and a desire to go somewhere.

If you are anything like me, you want to hear about what is beautiful, passionate and real in our world. You want to discover new places and go on adventures, find new stories and meet new people. Everyone I have spoken to about this project has a story about where they have been or where they want to go.
With that in mind, let me ask you a question. Imagine you have all the resources you need. There is nothing to hold you back. All your promises are fulfilled and you have the freedom to choose.
Where do you Really Wanna Go?
Just for fun, think about it for a while. Be wild, imaginative. Maybe a festival? Secluded Island? time-travelling? We could go to Ancient Rome! I don’t actually think I would like it there all that much, what with all the killing and slaves and stuff. But the architecture is nice.
